Our Story
In 1986, Rev. Dr. Alfred Nyamekyeh founded House of Faith Ministries (World Missions Church) with a divine mandate to spread the Gospel, establish churches, and equip Christian leaders for effective ministry.
From these humble beginnings, and under the guidance and empowerment of the Holy Spirit, the ministry experienced remarkable growth, expanding across Ghana and beyond its borders. By 1997, the mother church, affectionately known as “The Central Church,” had grown into a thriving ministry network with 62 branches worldwide and 61 trained pastors serving in full-time ministry.
This remarkable growth reflected the ministry’s unwavering commitment to evangelism, missions, church planting, and leadership development. What began as a humble vision has continued to grow into a wider mission, carrying the Gospel to communities and nations while equipping generations of leaders to fulfill God’s calling.
